Relatable Radio, Rooted in the Local Community
World Radio Paris is a community-based radio station, broadcasting everything from talk shows, live events and music, to cultural and political news across France since 2014. As the country’s only fully English-speaking station, we're here to help you get informed and get involved. Our volunteers run the station collaboratively. We make decisions together and help each other turn ideas into a reality. Radio can be a tool for social good, so our content is focused on supporting, sharing and championing organisations that are led by and for the people living here. By bridging the gap between cultures, we hope to create a new, vibrant social scene rooted in connection and creativity.
Community Bridge
We believe that the international community has the potential to contribute enormously to French life, and that French life has much to bring to those who embrace it. By bridging this gap between cultures, we can come to know each other better and build genuine, meaningful connections based on mutual respect.
Audience Participation
We are powered by the goodwill of our listeners. Our listeners are enthusiastic, curious people with a lot to share. We are constantly trying to find ways to break down the traditional barriers between our organisation and those we serve. If you want to get involved, shoot us a message!
Pour Your Heart Into The Mic
We aim to promote diverse, human radio that champions vulnerable self-expression. Our team is inclusive, and open to all who share its values. We champion those creating art, literature, music, and anything else that speaks to the lives we lead or the people we live them with.
